Malcolm moved from full time brokerage sales to Sales Manager and then General Manager for Condo Concepts from 2006-2009. Condo Concepts was the premier builder and seller of new condominium homes in the Fayetteville area and was a member of the Coldwell Banker Advantage family of businesses.
From 2009-2012 Malcolm took the dual role of General Manager of Coldwell Banker Advantage and real estate agent. During his tenure as General Manager for Coldwell Banker, he participated in the growth of the agency from 1 office to 4, and from 50 agents to 80. The agency also grew to become the undisputed number one company in the Fayetteville market. He was and is an active real estate agent focusing as a Seller's Agent listing new and existing homes for sale, and also as a Buyer's Agent. He represents 2 builders listing their new construction homes. Malcolm is active in the sale of land and commercial property as well. In 2010, Malcolm qualified for the Coldwell Banker Sterling award level, closing in excess of $6 million of sold property. In 2011, Malcolm moved up to the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society closing 28 transactions, while also serving as General Manager.
In 2012 he became a member of the Coldwell Banker President's Circle with 42 closed transactions. According to MLS statistics for 2012, Malcolm ranked as the #9 agent in production of Resale Homes in the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg market which has over 1000 licensed member agents. In 2013 Malcolm decided to concentrate his efforts solely on his agency business and now works exclusively as a agent for buyers and sellers in the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg market. He once again achieved the Coldwell Banker President's Circle with 43 closed transactions and was ranked #9 in the market for resale home transactions according to the Fayetteville MLS statistics.
Although 2014 was a challenging year in the Fayetteville market, Malcolm reached the Coldwell Banker President's Elite Circle with 51 closed transactions ranking him #6 in resale home production according to Fayetteville MLS statistics. In 2015 Zillow designated Malcolm as a Local Expert. For 2015, Malcolm again qualified for the Coldwell Banker President's Elite Circle closing 56 transactions. According to MLS statistics for the period of 2012-2015, Malcolm ranks as the #8 agent in grand total of resale home sales for that 4 year period, establishing Malcolm as a consistent top performer in the Cumberland/Hoke/Harnett County market.
He is also quite involved in the local real estate industry. He has served on the Executive Board of the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville (HBAF) as both the Second and First Vice President in 2008 and 2009 respectively. He was President of the HBAF in 2010 and was Past President in 2011.
